A five-night introduction to Bhutan on the Minimum Daily Package tariff, running from Paro to Thimphu and Punakha and back, with a stop at Dochula Pass and its 108 chortens along the way. The tour closes with the classic hike to Taktsang, the Tiger's Nest, above the Paro valley.

A scenic Druk Air approach into Paro, then transfer to Thimphu, Bhutan's modern capital.
Visit Tashichhoedzong, the National Library's collection of Buddhist texts, the Arts & Crafts School, the Handicrafts Emporium and the Memorial Chorten.
Cross Dochula Pass (3,080m) for Himalayan views, then visit Punakha Dzong and continue to Wangduephodrang's dzong and local market.
Visit Simtokha Dzong, the kingdom's oldest fortress, then in Paro see Ta Dzong (the National Museum) and walk down to Rinpung Dzong.
Visit the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong and a traditional farmhouse, hike to Taktsang Monastery (Tiger's Nest), and stop at Kyichu Lhakhang on the return.
Transfer to Paro International Airport for your onward flight.
