A six-day fast-access route to Tilicho Lake — the world's highest lake at 4,920m — built around guided yoga and sound healing sessions with certified instructors along the way, in Manang, Khangsar and at the lake itself. The trail beyond Manang runs through the territory of blue sheep and yaks, with the final push to the lakeshore before dawn.

A 6–7 hour drive through Nepal's hillsides, on blacktop as far as Besisahar, the district headquarters of Lamjung.
A 4–5 hour off-road drive through changing terrain — from terraced fields to dramatic gorges — gaining altitude steadily toward Manang.
A demanding 6–8 hour trek through alpine meadows and prayer-flag-strung ridgelines with views of the Annapurna range, gaining altitude toward the base camp.
A pre-dawn climb by headlamp to the shimmering, snow-ringed waters of Tilicho Lake (4,920m), followed by an 8–10 hour trek back down to Khangsar.
A short 2–3 hour trek back onto the main Annapurna Circuit trail to Manang, followed by a 4–5 hour drive to Besisahar via the Chame hot spring.
A scenic 6–7 hour drive back to Kathmandu along the Marsyangdi River and past Mugling Bazar.
